How to make atttribute multiplicity appear on class diagram?

Title says it all - so far I can't figure out how to do this.

set the drawing setting show members multiplicity to yes at the expected level, note this settings and some others do nothing while show members full definition is not set to yes.

the level to set the settings can be the representation of a given class (or other element) in a diagram, or the diagram itself, or its class view etc, please refer to the documentation or the video tutorial starting.wmv
