Missing file in project (BOUML v4.21, Fedora20, x86_64)

Hello,

I am trying to learn BOUML/UML on Fedora 20, where BOUML v4.21 is in official repository. After 6 hours playing with BOUML, creating various blocks, FSMs and other stuff I had saved project and fall asleep.

Next day I tried to open project but following error does not allow me to continue:

/home/name/BOUMLproject/128130 cannot be opened for read, retry?

I found out that the project directory is missing the file "128130" and it only contains "128130.diagram" file (and other files with different names).

Can anybody help me please to reopen the project? I would appreciate it a lot.

Hello,

Sorry but I do not manage anymore the versions before the 5.0, however I do not remember a bug in the save in general (independently of the Linux distribution) c.f http://www.bouml.fr/historic_old.html. Did you saved your project while your disk was full ?

A file named by a number without an extension represent a bouml package, if you loose a package-file you loose at the same time all its sub elements and their sub elements etc, so you can modify the file referencing 128130 (without extension) to stop to reference it but you will have other errors because 128130 sub elements and their sub elements will not be created too

No, the disk possesses a plenty of free space.

Unfortunately the 128130 package is referenced in other project files, thus I am afraid it does not worth the effort...

Is BOUML v5.0 available for Linux without a commercial license? I would like to have it for personal use where the time is very expensive :) Thanks

Or I can send you the project, you can look at it, but it is a bit messy project.

So is strange you loose a package, this never occurred as I know

Since the 5.0 Bouml is a commercial product, for a non professional use a license is 30€ for one year one host and 50€ for an unlimited time on two hosts

If you want send me an archive of all the files from the project-directory by mail at contact@bouml.fr and I will look at what I can do
