I installed successfully on Raspberrian Buster (Debian 10) using the stretch distribution some months ago. Working fine.
I could NOT install on a 2nd Raspberian Buster using the buster distribution. I also tried stretch, but it did not work.

Error both times is "E: Unable to locate package bouml"

I patched the problem by copying the deb file from pi1 to pi2 and "apt install bouml path_to_cache/bouml....

Hello

I don't have a PI1 nor a PI2 under Raspbian-Buster to make a test.

I have a PI2 under Raspbian-Stretch, I restarted it after a lonnnnng sleep and I was able to update BoUML on it without problem ( using the repository from https://www.bouml.fr )

I also have a PI4 under Raspbian-Buster and I was able to remove them reinstall BoUML on it without problem ( using the repository from https://www.bouml.fr )

I checked the deb files are also present under http://bouml.free.fr

Do you have an error doing apt-get update / apt update concerning BoUML ?

As I say on the download page for Raspbian since I moved to SLL (https) you need apt-transport-https except if you use the mirror

Kind regards
